Who we are

High Impact's story begins with Carol. With 5 years experience as a Sales Manager for a promotional product company and a newborn baby girl she borrowed $70,000 in 1997 and started a business in the basement of her home.

High Impact, a promotional product design company, grew rapidly. Under Carol’s leadership and with 17 staff, High Impact won 18 international awards for their creative and innovative promotional product solutions. Exporting to 20 countries around the world High Impact worked with key clients such as Air New Zealand, Coca-Cola, Burger King, Hungry Jacks, Elizabeth Arden, Redken, The Heart Foundation and Scholastic Books.

With the growth of her international clients, Carol relocated to Queensland Australia in 2006 for a 10 year period. Now back in her homeland New Zealand, High Impact continues to specialise in a personalised service of promotional product creation, design and manufacture.
